About the Center

The Center was created to help advance the College's Ithaca Forever strategic plan goal of becoming a national model for colleges committed to the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, the Center for Equity provides a coordinated, strategic, and intentional direction for the institution, is working to build upon institution-wide accountability measures and create sustainable processes and support systems that build on, learn from, and honor the long history of collective work that precedes this Center.

We are located in Job Hall, Suite 219 and have a cozy lounge for the campus community to enjoy! Whether you need a new study environment, a break from your desk, or a quiet space to grade, our lounge is here for you. Next door to the lounge is a quiet space as well.
